About SELFMADE

These terms apply to heeeselfmade.myshopify.com and orders placed through SELFMADE checkout. SELFMADE operates the store. Shopify provides the platform and is not the seller of the goods.

Store use

Provide accurate order information and use the site lawfully. You must have legal capacity to order or appropriate parent or guardian authorization where required. Fraudulent orders, infringement, and interference with site security are prohibited.

Products

We curate streetwear, vintage-inspired clothing, and accessories from third-party suppliers. Vintage-inspired and retro describe style, not verified age. Original vintage status is claimed only where expressly supported in the listing. Lifestyle images are inspiration; review product listings for actual items, sizing, materials, condition, and care. Screen colors vary, but this does not limit your rights regarding materially inaccurate descriptions, defects, or incorrect goods.

Orders and payment

Checkout displays prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes before payment. Availability and prices may change before purchase. Confirmation acknowledges receipt, not guaranteed stock. We may cancel for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, material listing errors, or suspected fraud, subject to law. We will notify you and refund payments for canceled items and associated charges that must be refunded. No substitution or increased charge will be made without your agreement.

Fulfillment, returns, and cancellations

Partner suppliers, including Shopify Collective suppliers, may ship directly and in separate packages. SELFMADE remains your contact for purchases here. Supplier fulfillment does not remove your rights against the retailer. Review item-specific delivery information and our Shipping Policy. Contact us before mailing returns. Conditions disclosed before purchase apply subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact us about missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective goods so we can investigate and provide remedies required by law. Orders may not be stoppable after fulfillment begins; statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.

External links

Purchases through clearly identified external retailer links are governed by that retailer’s terms. Affiliate relationships will be disclosed near recommendations. External purchases differ from SELFMADE checkout orders.

Privacy and marketing

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Marketing subscriptions are optional and marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Giving a telephone number does not by itself authorize marketing texts.

Content and legal rights

Content belongs to SELFMADE or is used with permission. Third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property. Listings do not imply partnerships beyond actual sourcing relationships. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, liabilities, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable conduct is not waived.

Changes

Updated terms will be dated and posted prospectively, without retroactively removing existing order rights. If a term is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted by law.
