Shipping and fulfillment

SELFMADE clothing and accessories may ship directly from partner suppliers. Items from different suppliers may arrive separately with separate tracking.

Destinations and charges

Available destinations, shipping options, and charges depend on the item and supplier and are shown at checkout before payment. If no delivery option is offered, do not assume the item can ship to your address. Free shipping applies only when explicitly offered for your order.

Processing and delivery

Review product listings and checkout for any processing and transit estimates. These are different stages. We do not promise a universal delivery speed or same-day dispatch. Estimates do not waive legal rights. Contact us before purchase if you need an item by a specific date.

Shipment delays

For orders covered by the U.S. Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within the stated time or, if no shipment time is stated, within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order. This concerns shipment, not delivery within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the applicable time, we will provide the required notice and option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund. Other applicable consumer protections remain in force.

Tracking and delivery problems

Tracking is provided when available. Contact SELFMADE with your order number if tracking stalls, goods are missing, or items arrive damaged or incorrect. We will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate. We do not automatically deny claims just because a carrier marks a parcel delivered. Do not send full payment-card details.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections or cancellations. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment starts. Any additional costs must be disclosed and agreed where required. Statutory rights are unaffected.

International delivery

Cross-border shipping is available only where offered at checkout. Review disclosed customs, tax, and import information before paying. Contact us if responsibility for a charge is unclear. Applicable disclosure requirements are not overridden.
